We'll begin by grounding ourselves with breathwork, gentle mobility, and intention setting before following the rising sun through a flowing series of Sun Salutations.
Our journey will build from gentle Sun Breaths into Sun Salutation. As the adventure unfolds, we'll awaken strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and body awareness while moving with the rhythm of our breath.
Then we'll return to stillness with restorative stretches and a guided visualization designed to help you reconnect with your body, your intention, and the fire you've cultivated along the way. 🌞
