This live, full-body workout blends strength, balance, agility, and core stability into one immersive training session designed to help you move with power and presence — not pressure.
Expect:
• Dynamic warm-ups
• Grounded strength work
• Controlled bursts of speed
• Stability and coordination drills
• A focused cooldown to reset
All movements are scalable. Beginners and seasoned riders alike are welcome.
Bring water, space to move, and optional dumbbells (or household substitutes). A mat is helpful, not required.
You’ll leave feeling stronger, steadier, and more capable — not because you proved something, but because you practiced showing up.
