Team Wildlife & Wellness is proud to run at Save the Chimps for the 11th Annual Chimpathon 5K & 10K Run/Walk on Saturday, February 21, 2026.
Chimpathon is unlike any race in the world. Held just three times a year when the sanctuary opens to the public, this is the only day participants can experience the full 5K or 10K loop around Save the Chimps’ 150-acre sanctuary.
Participants will run or walk a flat, chip-timed course with sweeping views of 12 island habitats, home to nearly 220 chimpanzees rescued from research laboratories, the entertainment industry, and the pet trade. Along the route, you’ll see chimpanzee families foraging, playing, and living freely in protected environments.
